I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special!! from the friendly check-in to the thoughtful surprise upgrade and birthday touches in the room. It made the weekend feel so personal and memorable. The hotel itself is clean, and in a perfect location close to everything. I’m so grateful for how they helped make his birthday extra special. Highly recommend staying here for any occasion!

Great location. Stephano helped us out and was very professional and nice- he gave us great recommendations for site seeing. The hotel is connected to a very nice bar with a great selection. Breakfast was awesome. I recommend the french toast. The bed was really comfortable.

Club Quarters SF is a pretty awesome deal for those looking to stay in the city. It’s located very conveniently snuggled between Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Embarcadero. Rooftop access is wonderful night or day, the staff is very friendly and prompt. Rooms are clean and comfy HOWEVER (and this was my husband’s primary complaint, not mine) the TV’s do not work properly. We even had hotel maintenance come check it out and they still messed up. You can’t even connect to Google Chromecast. There was also a bleach stain on our floor that was pretty unsightly. They mentioned free continental breakfast but it was just fruits and granola bars at the coffee station.. what they really want you to do is go to the restaurant next door and spend money there. Whatever lol. A bonus for me was being able to use Capital One travel points to get a major discount on our stay! Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay in an alright part of the city.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the cruise port, and the location was perfect. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and even allowed us an early check-in as a New Year’s gift, which we really appreciated. Complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch, but most importantly, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest very well. A great stay overall and highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be better. The offer rooms with fridge and microwave, which for a week-long stay is quite handy. The lobby is quite nice, has living space and co-working areas. They also offer complimentary coffee and cold water, and occasionally fresh fruits. The staff is professional and attentive, they always try to help out with whatever the customer needs. It is my third stay here and will definitely come back.

Nice hotel for a stay in SF. You got everything you need right there in a safe area of the city. Would recommend the breakfast which is offered at a little restaurant right next to the hotel. The rooms aber small but completely fine and the services is cleaning once a day

Excellent location near FiDi and Embarcadero. The best part is that there is (good) coffee and water in the main lobby. The guest services team let us check in early with no charge. Hats off to Brian at the front and Hugo on maintenancd for keeping us happy during our stay. My only concern for improvement would be to have a consistent room cleaning schedule. Housekeeping would appear at odd times to clean. The walls are also quite thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors regularly.

Great service, rooms are clean and spacious. A great advantage is that they have their own laundry room, free of charge. Traveled for business, but location is great for sightseeing as well. Close to Chinatown, and ferry building and piers. Also feedback is their internet connection is very slow and spotty.
